Turtle Rock Offers an Incentive Program
The Turtle Rock neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas offers an incentive program for a limited time, according to Meritage Homes sales agent Marianne Love.
"The handful of homes that are remaining in this neighborhood fall under the $10,000 incentive program," Love said. "That money can be used for closing costs, upgrades, et cetera. It's a great opportunity for someone who is on the edge about buying a home."

She said the $10,000 incentive program is available through the end of the year.
"We also have a couple of models available for quick move-in," Love said. "All they need are final touches such as the buyer's selection of floor coverings."
The two homes are a Clear Water model and a Crystal Cove model.
The 2,360-square-foot Clear Water is a four-bedroom, three-bath, two-story home. The single-car portion of the split three-car garage may be converted into an office or casita with a bath. A loft or master retreat is also optional. The home features a turret-shaped entry with a library upstairs. The home is priced from $418,950.
Priced at $446,950, the Crystal Cove is a five-bedroom, four-bath, two-story home. The split three-car garage offers the same options as in the Clear Water; a solarium is also optional with the home.
Also available in the neighborhood is the single-story Silver Sand, which is a four-bedroom, three-bath home with a two-car garage in 2,030 square feet.
Another choice is the Dunes Creek floor plan, a three-bedroom, three-bath, two-story home with a split three-car garage in 2,843 square feet.
The kitchen, laundry and baths feature light-oak picture-frame cabinets with upgraded crown molding and hidden hinges. Other features include gas fireplaces, Colonist interior doors, 75-gallon water heaters, counter-mounted gas cook tops and separate electric double ovens, separate showers and tubs in the master baths, and photocell coach lights.
The homes are built to ComfortWise standards, ensuring they are built for energy efficiency and qualify for the Energy Star designation.
The neighborhood is located adjacent to Gilcrease Brothers Park, which features a covered playground, water park, covered picnic tables, barbecues, walking paths and a playing field for various sports.
To visit, take the northern leg of the Las Vegas Beltway to Hualapai Way, go north to Deer Springs Way, drive east to Grand Canyon Drive and then go north. The neighborhood is just north of Severance Lane.
